About Me

Arrowe Design was built on a foundation rooted in family, craftsmanship, and real-world construction experience.

I grew up around small business — listening at the table as my parents navigated the challenges and rewards of running a company. With a grandfather who was a builder and generations of women in my family working in design, creativity and construction have always shaped how I see space and process.

My experience spans working in a showroom learning materials and organization, hands-on trade work installing and finishing hardwood floors, and supporting builders as a project manager assistant on custom homes and second homes — including remote collaboration with clients throughout the build process.

One of the most formative experiences in my career was building my own home while working for a builder. It gave me firsthand insight into the technical and emotional realities of managing a project from start to finish. Throughout my career, I’ve often been the steady connector — aligning teams, organizing details, and bringing clarity to projects so execution moves forward smoothly.

Today, I bring together small business roots, field experience, and structured process to guide projects with intention and confidence.

I bring craftsmanship and organization together — creating clear process and thoughtful work that moves projects forward with confidence.
